Assistance for a disabled senior in a tough situation

I am working with a patient that has had one thing after another go wrong recently.

She lost her section 8 housing due to some minor violations and feels that her housing authority in Georgetown was discriminating against her. She had actually gotten into a MVA with FedEx truck (FedEx was found at fault) the day before her hearing for her section 8 housing termination and was a few minutes late to the hearing as a result of not having reliable transportation, and they used that against her as well.

Now she has had to take a leave of absence from work due to not having transportation. (Note: Not actual picture)

She has also suffered from panic attacks and depression as a result of the accident and how this affected so many areas of her life.

She is planning to move out by 11/26, and stated that she already got a U-Haul, but I am hoping I can get a Boy Scouts Crew to help with the move, or Magnolia Movers, so that she can put that towards her utility bills and other basic needs.

She's staying temporarily with a family member, she is at least lucky to have that.

She is having to pay $235 towards her electric bill of $425 to avoid cut-off. I spoke with Georgetown Electric and they provided some local churches to reach out to for assistance on that. I was wondering if anyone can assist with the additional $190. I will have her added to their low income program which reduces the bill by 30% as well.

I am wondering if any local organizations/churches are able to donate something to help her financially in this time of need. Either with the U-Haul cost or her utility bill.

I feel that she is beginning to become very disheartened and I would like to give her some good news.

I understand there are so many people in need, and not enough resources to go around, but this is my hail Mary.
