Disabled 72 years old, living in her car

I have a client who is a disabled 72 years old, living in her car with two cats in desperate need of emergency housing.

We have assisted her with a CA, she gets SSDI but most of her check is taken up by bills, and food since we have been waiting for her SNAP and QMB to be approved. (Note: Not actual picture)

She doesn't have enough money to supply herself with a hotel currently. Are there any orgs to assist her as the temperatures are getting hotter, her vehicle is also at high risk of being towed as it is not legal and will take more than she has to get it street worthy, she was taken advantage of and bought a vehicle that she can't get titled, or inspected since she doesn't have the funds to do so.
