Young mother facing eviction

Good afternoon. I have a young single mother who is facing eviction within a couple of days (September 27, 2022). Travis County offered to pay 3 months of rent for the mother but TC is asking her to first pay $795 in order to accept the pledge. She’s already in the last stage of the eviction process. (Note: Not actual picture)
